We waited 40 minutes for 4 basic tacos. When they came out they were cold. The grease was slacked into the tortilla showing how long they had been sitting. We asked for the manager and were met with the most unprofessional person I’ve ever seen “managing.” She did not want to give us a refund after we were already offered one by the very kind kid working the floor. I hate to have to report this because my family loves your tacos and we have been eating there for years. We recently moved back to Lake Charles LA from Austin TX. Saturday we ate at torchy's here in Lake Charles with my entire family for my daughter's bday. Yesterday, we wanted more, so we ordered delivery thru door dash. They will get your order wrong 75% of the time. If you have 30 minutes to stare at them while they try to make an order correctly, go for it. If not, save yourself time and frustration.
