“My father and I went there for breakfast, let me tell you, The Manager came to our table to check on us after we got our coffees and asked how everything was and I was so pleased once our food got to us, that I actually ate All my food, so did my father!! I told the Manager how awful the Baton Rouge location was and he was appalled even! I had such bad experiences with that location that I was afraid to go here in Moss Bluff, LA. But my father insisted, he said the food and service was phenomenal so I drive us here. I was very pleased, and will surely visit there once again for that wonderful breakfast and great tasting coffee and Orange juice!! I had to leave a nice tip,, because Again, I loved everything about this Waffle House! Keep it up !! AAAA+++“
“We came over as a company 17 of us. Ms. Vickie took all of our orders and they had trainees at the grill. Mikell came in and remembered every order called and ran the team like a champ! I’m very impressed with her! Thanks ladies and your team for taking care of us.“

(Kinda looked like Jesus) . I hope I’m not mistaken on his name, But he was a great guy. Called the orders very clear and made sure I felt like I belonged there. Very helpful and I left feeling a little better than when I got there. . It was late at night so I’m sure management will know who I’m talking about if I got his name wrong. But great service I received the other night! However, I would like to mention that his coworker. I never caught her name. She wore glasses and was brown skinned. But I can’t help but scratch my head at this lady. She was incredibly rude towards everyone. Yes, the customers and even her coworker. She was being rude toward the guy and he didn’t even do anything to this chick. She was just carrying herself as if she demanded bro to obey her attitude. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone like that loses her job for the way she treats her coworkers. It was pretty rough. It was almost as if she was intentionally trying to overwhelm her coworker with the way she went about everything.“
“Nothing's more disappointing than showing up to the hotel at past midnight seeing the sign for waffle House walking over half miles to get to the restaurant only to find out that they only deliver through door dash. There was no inside service, not even window service. I can understand why they do it, but should be a little more, customer accommodating. After all with out us there would be no you!!!!“
“I walked into Waffle House on Nelson Road and it was a king’s dream… I had the place to myself… I had time to talk with the server, explain to her my diet that I was on and my weight loss journey.
I asked her if I can talk to the cook and let him make recommendations. I just explained the diet. I’m on and told him communicate something to the server that fits my diet.
I wish the menu would be structured more in a way for people like me who is trying to maintain their weight loss and help us understand the menu.
I had time to talk with them and get something worked out sit down and listen to my Jesus music…
I received my food. It was fresh, hot and amazing as I said, my grace and open my eyes.
I saw no cars in the parking lot, but people started appearing out of nowhere in the room was instantly filled with about 17 people, but I did find out that they were here on a basketball tournament at McNeese….
What I saw that server and cook do for me it’s like they gave individual personalized service to every individual here. I didn’t see one person in the restaurant complained about their food not being fresh the order not being right. I honestly sat here in amazement and just watched the show. I wish they would have recorded this because this should have been a training video for what every Restaurant needs to do as a business model.“
