Waffle House in Lake Charles

“I’ve stopped at many Waffle House locations across the United States, and this one reminded me why I keep coming back. My pecan waffle was cooked exactly the way I requested — golden, crisp on the edges, and perfect all the way through. The hashbrowns were absolutely amazing, seasoned and cooked just right.

Customer service was on point from start to finish. My order came out fast, the staff was attentive, and everything felt smooth and consistent. I’ll definitely be returning.“

“My father and I went there for breakfast, let me tell you, The Manager came to our table to check on us after we got our coffees and asked how everything was and I was so pleased once our food got to us, that I actually ate All my food, so did my father!! I told the Manager how awful the Baton Rouge location was and he was appalled even! I had such bad experiences with that location that I was afraid to go here in Moss Bluff, LA. But my father insisted, he said the food and service was phenomenal so I drive us here. I was very pleased, and will surely visit there once again for that wonderful breakfast and great tasting coffee and Orange juice!! I had to leave a nice tip,, because Again, I loved everything about this Waffle House! Keep it up !! AAAA+++“

“The waffles at this waffle house saved my life

I have been a raging alcoholic since the tinder age of 8 years old and i occasionally dabble in doing hard drugs. but today i discovered waffle house. When i ordered a waffle from the menu i wasn’t expecting much but when they brought out my fresh hot waffle after just 8 minutes. Once the waiter set the plate down in front of me i start feeling things changing. For the first time in my life i felt hope for a better future. But once i took a bite out of my waffles my life changed. I completely forgot about my wife leaving me, i completely forgot about having to pay child support. nothing mattered anymore all i cared about was the waffles that was titillating my taste buds with every bite i took. This waffle inspired me to get my life back on track and i have decided to get a job. I got a job at McDonald’s 7 months ago and this month i was made employee of the month for the first time. i would like to thank my parents for always believing in my dreams of being employee of the month at mcdonald’s. But most of all i would like to thank waffle house if not for waffle house i would be dead in a ditch. Thank you waffle house you have titillated another man’s taste buds and i hope you will do the same for many more.“

(Kinda looked like Jesus) . I hope I’m not mistaken on his name, But he was a great guy. Called the orders very clear and made sure I felt like I belonged there. Very helpful and I left feeling a little better than when I got there. . It was late at night so I’m sure management will know who I’m talking about if I got his name wrong. But great service I received the other night! However, I would like to mention that his coworker. I never caught her name. She wore glasses and was brown skinned. But I can’t help but scratch my head at this lady. She was incredibly rude towards everyone. Yes, the customers and even her coworker. She was being rude toward the guy and he didn’t even do anything to this chick. She was just carrying herself as if she demanded bro to obey her attitude. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone like that loses her job for the way she treats her coworkers. It was pretty rough. It was almost as if she was intentionally trying to overwhelm her coworker with the way she went about everything.“

“Nothing's more disappointing than showing up to the hotel at past midnight seeing the sign for waffle House walking over half miles to get to the restaurant only to find out that they only deliver through door dash. There was no inside service, not even window service. I can understand why they do it, but should be a little more, customer accommodating. After all with out us there would be no you!!!!“
