Wasabi Japanese Sushi & Grill

20/10 if I could add extra stars. We drove all the way from Dickinson, TX for the sushi here. I despise imitation crab and this place has real crab. Worth the drive. Rolls are huge! Staff is very nice, and the plum wine goes great with the food if you like sweet drinks.

Generous portions! The rice is a little sweet in the rolls and that threw me off some. Service was phenomenal. Maintenance on the building could use a little love but it was overall clean

Server was very nice and attentive, staff was friendly, restaurant was very clean and quiet. Sadly, the beef katsu was extremely dry, the katsu sauce tasted more like A1 steak sauce (was expecting something closer to a curry sauce), and the steamed broccoli was served room temp. Would have honestly preferred more broccoli, and either less rice or noodle (I love carbs, but the proportions didn't work for me).

The wife wanted hibachi, we thought they cooked if front of you. They do not. We started to leave since they didn't, so glad we didn't. Food was outstanding, crab lagoon was not what wife thought it was but it was delicious. Definitely a place that is in our rotation. DO NOT Overlook this place.

Was out of town for work and stopped in for dinner based on the Google reviews. One of my top sushi meals ever. Attentive service as well. If you're in LC and love sushi, you should try Wasabi.

Our food and service was excellent!! This is our new favorite spot! The tuna tower is a favorite appetizer of ours. We love this place!!
