The bathroom sink had little to no water. The employees were rude and were obviously in a bad mood. The chili tasted like they had gone to the store and replaced it with a canned chili. The floors felt sticky like they had not cleaned them in a long time.

They allowed kids in the back that day. Miss Tammy wasn't there or she would have not allowed that. One kid was even near the cooking. They were running all over the place. I'm not one to complain but that was not cool.

Usually this Wendy’s is decent to go to, not the best but they’ll do. The man at the drive through rolled his eyes when we asked for a drink carrier and shoved our bag of food at us and didn’t say a word. He had a BIG attitude.

I'm beyond mad I can't give this place less than a 1 star because they don't deserve that star. This has to be the most unprofessional damn place ever. Not to mention they don't answer the phone, I called them over 5 times because I had a question about a order I placed and it was time sensitive. Never once did anyone ever pick up the phone. So they need to just disconnect the line because they don't answer and obviously the manager is incompetent because if they were on their job this post wouldn't be necessary.
So either Uber eats stole my fiancee drink he was suppose to deliver or the employees at Wendy's for got or didn't give two damns to make sure and check the order to make sure everything was accounted for before sending it out. Accidents happen yes but I will never know because I can't get anyone to answer the phone. It ridiculous!
I ordered my food, when I got to the window, the girl gives me the total and it seems wrong, so I asked her if she got my whole order. She read it back and she forgot my potato, BUT I still want the potato, and I tell her that. So she tells me the total without it and tells me I have to go back around thru the drive thru again to get it.... So I drove off.... I WON'T BE RETURNING! I'm PISSED OFF! Clearly she didn't care about ME or MY ORDER! VERY DISRESPECTFUL!
Went to this location at 12:30 am last night. I ordered 3 JBC biggie bags and a JBC (junior bacon cheeseburger) a la cart. Made it to our hotel, which was 2 minutes from this location. We noticed none of our JBC had bacon on it..not even one piece. I called and spoke with the manager Jennifer she told me her daughter took the order and to come back the next day to get the order replaced. She even told me to either speak with manager Sandra or manager TJ.
So today we went back, around 10:30pm. Manager TJ was on duty. As soon as I pulled up, the young lady from last night knew exactly who I was. So she asked me to pull over and wait for my order. I was supposed to get my entire order (including my drinks) replaced. They didn't honor that. I then looked at my burger to make sure it was right, and I had 1 piece of bacon that's was cut into two pieces. I asked to speak with the manager. Manager TJ came out with attitude. When I showed him the burger, he said that it was correct. They put 2 slices of bacon on it. But as you can see, the picture that I attached isn't 2 slices of bacon, more like half of a slice, and then that half was cut in half.
I'm from Houston, and our Wendy's would never do nothing like this. This location has a lot of kids working for them who don't care, unprofessional and a lot of bad reviews. Wendy's corporate needs to come by and get this location together. When I visit Lake Charles again (which is often), I definitely won't come to this location.

Visiting Lake Charles and we pulled up this morning at Wendy’s for some breakfast. It was around 10:25 am. As we are looking at the drive thru menu. A Wendy’s worker rudely flips the menu signs as we are reading the signs. We were right in the middle of our order. The girl worker said I am sorry we are not serving breakfast at this time. After taking half our order she all of sudden couldn’t help us. We simply just drove away thinking that we will never come back to Wendy’s. Your staff could have handled all of that so much better.

I just left this place. Order came out fast but cold. The girl in the window is extremely rude. Crappy attitude. I would not have got here if I had any other choice at the moment... If I could put no stars I would...
Thank you young adults for making our order correctly. We are passing through and I was hesitant to get a burger. Every one of our orders were incorrect Houston Austin. I'm picky want single with cheese mustard and pickle only and it was correct. This was at 5:30 yesterday evening.

Stop by july 27 at 11pm my food was as cold as my dr pepper..One and done
Staff was very friendly and we got food fast. Definitely recommended.
