We got out of church at 10:30 and dint know where to eat !! But LUCKY for us we saw that Blue Iguana was open!!!!! 🤤 yay! 😁 so heres my review on what we ate !!

The first time we visited Blue Iguana everything was delicious & service was excellent. The second time around the food wasn’t as good and the service was lacking. Just another “hit or miss” restaurant in Lake Charles.

Blue Iguana Taco Bar & Cantina offers a welcoming atmosphere with friendly service, a great place to enjoy a meal. The food, including birria tacos and tres leches, is delicious and worth every penny, with the tres leches cake being to die for. The outdoor seating area is a fantastic spot for families and pets. The steak Fajitas are recommended for their tenderness and flavorful garlic-butter sauce. The atmosphere is great, with good latin music and a pretty, clean environment. While some customers have experienced mix-ups, the overall dining experience is enhanced by the delicious food and fast service. Blue Iguana is a place that many diners are eager to return to and recommend.
