I ordered from door dash & they gave me nothing that I ask for my hot dog had chili & ketchup instead of cheese & mayo..lol...no dipping sauce for my tenders or popcorn chicken when clearly it says it on the order I order a fruit punch drink the gave me strawberry soda....lol IT'S LIKE THEY CAN'T READ....I called several times no answer which tells me they do this kind of thing often....I don't live here so I don't have to worry about the terrible service they give....myfriends popcorn chicken tasted microwaved my tenders were fresh tho & my other friends hot dog had chilli & ketchup instead of mayo & cheese.... READING IS FUNDAMENTAL ALWAYS!!!!...I should have read reviews before ordering this is my fault by the looks of it this is their norm

Worst rally's I've ever been to. Terrible customer service, employees were very rude. Placed a mobile order so they wouldn't put in the computer wrong but they still messed up. Wouldn't give me my order through the normal drive thru, made me pull over and get out the car since I had a mobile order. Never returning to this location.

I had a great experience last week in the daytime but tonight I went try to get food at 10:30 pm. They said they were closed the manager outside jocing bad smoking gas with her boyfriend. The teen inside couldn’t even take my order. He had no idea how to use the system I didn’t even want him to fix my food. He couldn’t do it on his own was screaming for the manager. Food is great. Bad business tonight.

Food was good but they forgot to add my 3rd patty that I payed for yesterday..also didn't give me the first 2 orders that my coworkers ordered till I sed we didn't get them and the guy at the window had an attitude and was trying to argue for a misunderstanding that his attitude caused with the first 2 orders..
Service was great. Gave me an extra apple pie when ice cream machine was broken. Free apple pies at Rally's Laplace right now their ice machine is broken!

I went in drive thru right at 10am. The fries tasted like they were refried from the night before. My rally burgers were cold and the bread were hard. The people who says this rallys is awesome must be talking about another rallys because rallys in Laplace is horrible. If you haven't ate at rallys before please don't eat at the one in Laplace. Why are they still open? Serving this garbage.
