The Laplace ,LA store is amazing they know me to the point they dont ask who im picking up for they just grab it and bring it to the window!
Me and my dad just went around 5;50pm. Best caramel ribbon crunch I’ve ever had 10/10
Good coffee but a bit expensive for just coffee. The new caramel ribbon crunch is not good, though. I literally wasted my money because I couldn't drink it. Everything else I've gotten there is good, though.

Starbucks Coffee Company serves good coffee, though it can be a bit expensive for just coffee. The new caramel ribbon crunch is not good, and some customers felt they wasted their money. However, everything else is consistently good. The food and drinks are always consistently good, and the store is clean. The baristas are friendly, quick, and efficient, even when it is busy. The drive-through staff are kind, offering a pup cup for a new puppy and refunding an accidental double order. One customer noted the barista is so freakin sweet and has their stuff together. However, watch out for the stairs at this place, as the bottom step is taller than the rest, causing a fall. Overall, it is a reliable, comfortable spot to grab a coffee.
