How long should it take to get a response from KFC corporate when you file a complaint? The customer service there is just as bad as at the store itself. On October 3rd I ordered 2 3pc boxes of chicken from the Leesville La store. I wanted one extra crispy, one original... Wasn't given a choice... The girl behind the counter could not figure out how to get the coupon into the register so, without a word of explanation to me walked away into the kitchen area.
