Rarely have I had interactions with friendly staff typically they're quite rude. Long wait time for fast food, once I waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes without being acknowledged at all I will not tolerate that much disregard as a customer so left. The times I have eaten there over the past year the food was as expected but I felt like I was in a waffle house afterhours.

My Popeyes that I go to has changed the provider that delivers the chicken pieces to them and the pieces you get now for the high price you pay is pitiful!! The pieces are so tiny that the wings and legs look like they are from a carnished hen!!! The spicy goodness is not worth paying for the package of pieces you receive!! Go next door to Walmart and get a rotisserie chicken for way less than a 4 piece meal and get twice the chicken !!!

The Popeyes in Leesville La is bland. The Spicy chicken is not Spicy..Someone is not following the original recipe.... Had to go to Denver for work and I went to a Popeyes there and that chicken was so good and actually Spicy . It was so outstanding that I think I would walk back just to get some good ole real Spicy chicken.:-)..you could see the spice in the chicken and it was delicious!!! C'mon Leesville Popeyes put some spice on the chicken..let it marinate!!!

Online order suppose to be ready at 540pm and did not receive it until 625pm. Many people placed an order and were given their food, even family packs like i had ordered and they were walkin orders. Horrible just horrible to wait that long.

Every minute inside, made me feel like the workers were a part of my family; love and peace.♥️
They acted as if they were busy when there was hardly any customers. Shorted me two pieces of chicken and I ordered beans and rice... Literally was just a cup of rice with two beans in it.
