The manager is an absolute c*nt. Didn't give us our biscuits. Didn't know our biscuits were missing until we got home which the other food was already cold and she refused to replace it. She told my mother she made sure everything was in there then when I asked she said she didn't prepare our order. She clearly did and was very rude about it wouldn't give us fresh food or refund. 10/10 horrible service f*CK this place
This the second time that I left Popeyes with no food. First time they had no mild dark meat, during lunch 🙄. Second time, today, I wait to order thru the drive thru for almost 2 minutes and no one comes to take my order. They must wear headsets as ornamentation. So I drive to the window and wait another 30 sec to a minute, only to be told they can’t take orders at the window 😡. The staff is rude. The service is horrendous. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
