Not sure who is working now, but I sent my daughters in to order our weekly ice cream. They both said the lady was rude. The lady in a rude tone asked, "what do you want?" The service was poor all the way through. My cup was definitely missing some ice cream. It was only half full. Totally disappointmented. If we ever go again, that lady will never get our business again. Update: went to get my fix yesterday and the service was great. The amount of ice cream served was perfect....read full review
The workers at Marble Slab Creamery are all very kind. I walked in and they made a fresh birthday cookie cake for me with in 30 minutes. The cake came out so good and my family loved it.

I ordered a cookie cake as well as two different cookie decorating kits. My cake design was smashed but that wasn't even a big deal...what upset me was that even though I paid for two decorating kits, I was given only one kit worth of icing and candy decorations. I get it, they figure the one set is enough icing and candy for 24 cookies. But the fact is these kits aren't cheap and I paid for 2 complete kits.
