Went there Thursday night for the chargrilled oysters. We were seated quickly and everyone was nice. Service after was a bit slow and the food seemed to take longer than expected to come out but being there for the first time I wouldn't know if this was normal or not. The oysters were good but kinda bland. Would have preferred more garlic-butter sauce in them. The pasta dish we ordered was also a little on the bland side and swimming in sauce. This made it a bit to heavy...
They were short staffed and took long then necessary to be seated but the food was decent and the waitress was nice. The food came out quick. The crawfish etouffee was cooked good and didn’t taste bad but it was on the bland side and lacked seasoning and/or spice.
My husband and I enjoyed the food here. Everything was seasoned, grilled or fried perfectly! The broiled oysters ($1.25 on Thursday after 5pm), captain seafood platter, and the blackened red fish orleans were delicious! We will definitely visit again.
