I have NO ideal how I’ve never heard of this place , I guess it’s because I live in Ponchatoula and don’t speak to many folks because I work most of the time .... But wow !!!! Not only the best Po-Boy I’ve “EVER” had the blessing to taste ... But what friendly folks you have working there as well !!! The bread .... Holy moly !!! Absolutely perfect for a Po-Boy!!! Semi crunchy on the outside but so soft on the inside .. and it doesn’t fall apart !! The shrimp and oysters were fried to protection !!! “I got the olé Jose stuffed potato it was amazing potato well cooked no hard spots was a little disappointed they didn't have sour cream or thats what I was told then I see a cooler full of it but I dismissed that. My God daughter got potato soup she said it was really good but the burger tasted like a frozen one. I'd go back just a few eh moments there.“
