“A truly excellent evening. We happened to be passing by and thought we would try it. Good choice! As we get older our appetites wane, so we - my wife and I - shared a starter (yucca fries), a small dish (cream cheese and smoked fish mousse topped with spiced cheesy mashed potato and dotted with creamed avocado and roasted tomatoes) and a main (shrimp fettuccine) with a side of sweet plantain. Every dish provoked oohs and ahhs of appreciation. It was all fantastic.
The restaurant was quiet but didn't feel dead and our waiter was kind, helpful and attentive without being annoying.
Go for a walk along the riverfront first to build up your appetite - it's a beautiful setting and you'll enjoy your food even more.“
