Service is wayyyyyyy too slow. I don’t have half a day to come in and grab two things.
Grew up on the Westbank with McKenzies king cakes and bakery goods. Had one I could ride my bike to and loved it
Krummels reminds me of it so much! The king cakes are absolutely amazing and are the closest I have found to those classic McKenzies cakes we all loved (and yes, I have tried the “old recipe” versions as Tastee in Metairie.)
Walking in causes the memories to come flooding back, the air even feels the same inside.
Highly recommended
