Just picked up my mobile order. At first I pulled up into drive thru to give my code. Employee working drive thru ignored me and took order of driver at the intercom next to me even though I arrived well before.Changed pickup method in app to counter pickup. Went up to counter and waited several minutes until I got my order (it wasn't a complex order--just 2 2x cheeseburgers). When I walked out of the restaurant I saw that the drive thru was completely empty, meaning that they prioritized several drive thru customers who came in AFTER I did when they IGNORED ME at the drive thru.For this kind of service I can just fry my own burger patties at home. Will not be visiting this franchise or any other franchises under this ownership again.

We visited this mc Donald’s drive thru after a baseball tournament in Hammond. Mrs. Julie was such a joy!! She had us smiling and laughing while ordering our food all while she was handling the ordering and pick up window. When we pulled up to the window to pay Mrs Julie was all smiles and then she was even at the pick up window smiling and laughing again! When we drove off all three boys said she was sooo nice we want to go back after the tournament tomorrow. ? this was the first time i myself ever had such a happy experience at mc Donald’s! Mrs. Julie really deserves all the recognition!!!

Our color guard group traveled to a competition and stopped at this location on our way home to New Iberia. We arrived at 10:40pm and manager Catherine was amazing!! She was very accommodating and very nice to all 60 of us. Thanks Cat!
They Messed up the Food Orser twice and Food was Left on Counter for 15 Minutes and No Self Serve Drinks. Had to Wait 5 Minutes for Some One to get Service for a
