We frequent this McDonald’s often since we live nearby. This one employee, Julie, is ALWAYS working. She delivers friendly service unfailingly even when things seem tense on the backside. Well we live in Abita Springs and we travel all the way to this McDonald's on Dove Park rd as apose to the one on Claiborne hill in Covington La the Dove park rd McDonald's actual are quick food is fresh , the staff is ok they could be a little friendlier but hey as long as my food is good I can deal with the staff.
I oder a medium frie and lage sweet tea. When I got to the other window , they gave me a medium tea and medium sprite. I told them that's not what I oder and they said well I have a sprite and tea. It was like they didnt understand I didnt want a sprite but for some reason they couldn't understand. You had to hear the conversation to get it , which my husband was on the phone and heard the whole thing. He was shocked also. They basically was telling me I had to take the sprite...

Sometimes, mistakes happen, like a burger being upside-down in the box. Overall, the staff's attitude and helpfulness greatly influence the visit, and the convenience of curbside service is appreciated by many customers.
