Honestly has been my go to the last few years. I wanted to send one to my mom who lives out of state. Spent $70, only to have it refunded without notice after I politely asked for order updates. I had got the delivery date mixed up and apologized for mixing up the dates. Next thing I know they refunded me. I still wanted the king cake delivered, the delivery date wasn’t a big deal I had just gotten confused about which date it was being delivered. It was super disappointing.
All I can say is poor customer service, I ordered from Caluda’s instead because I was afraid to try to reorder and have them cancel my order.

Picked up a traditional yesterday and didn’t have the normal freshness or flavor this year. Very disappointed. Earlier purchased praline and cream cheese and had no cream cheese, what’s happened this year???

I finally got the chance to check out the bakery. Miss Shirley was so nice, I just wanted a single slice of red velvet cake, and she covered it with her own tips. Very nice people, and the food is good too.

not happy with Nonna's kingcake this year. The dough Not fluffy at all. seemed like it was stale. over all taste... not good.
so very disappointed because this use to be my favorite.

What an amazing place. Miss Shirley at the front counter is the most beautiful and most genuine lady. Oh and the apple fritters are out of this world!! I'm only in town for a short time, but can't wait to come back to see Shirley, and the best apple fritters and king cakes in the world.

I have to say. I love the fried pies I get o e every time I go by the fast station I e tried all the flavors so far and haven’t found a bad one. Just a few I like better than the others. Although I’m convinced there’s some crack or sum in them cuz I find myself needing to keep going back and picking up one and grabbing one for later. lol. My advice is if you don’t want to become addicted don’t eat one however. There great lil pies. I hope they bring more treats to the first stop in Vancleave. If the rest of the stuff is as good as theses lil pies lol.

By far the friendliest people and the BEST king cakes around! They helped me get the ones I wanted to bring up to Arkansas. Even called other store to hold one for me to make sure I got what I was after! Been my go to king cake for years! Keep up the great work! And thank y'all for being so nice and helpful!

I order oyster patties every year and this is the best dozen I have gotten in many years. You can take the top off, clean the inside and NONE have fell apart, I can use the entire dozen.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️??????? KUDOS TO THE PASTRY CHEF

Without a doubt the worst baked goods we have ever had. After reading all the sterling reviews, we expected a tasty, delicious treat. Completely wrong. We bought king cake, assorted cookies and cupcakes for a birthday party while visiting our son. All of it was disgusting. Nothing more than tasteless bread swimming in whipped sugar frosting. Walmart makes better pastries. This is super diabetes in waiting. So much sugar content as to require that you scrape it off. You are forewarned. Avoid wasting your money at this place. No wonder people in Louisiana are morbidly obese after eating this garbage!
