Think this location was bought out recently as the employees and managers have all changed almost overnight. With that being said, the service is excellent!! Very polite and always made right. Even my wife had gone by herself and mentioned the service and staff are polite and great. We’ve been a bunch recently and the service is always awesome.

The man making my sandwich walked from the back room with a paper towel. Wiped his mouth and nose with it and threw it away then scratched his backside and proceeded to put on gloves to make my sandwich. I asked him to wash his hands and had to tell him to stop, remove the gloves and wash his hands. He did do this thankfully but idk if I'll be back. What if I hadn't seen him? I never leave a bad review. This was terrible service

I will not return no meat in sandwich was told bc coupon only could get lil meat on a dye 6inch why mail coupons to be taken advantage of never had this problem at any of store this location Hwy 59 Mandeville La don’t go their hard of understanding and communicating
I love this location, it's one of 5 in my town and I'll specifically order and pick up here! Staff is so friendly, everything is always perfect and I just know I'm getting the best!

Although they were working short handed during the lunch time,the workers were courteous and efficient. Took the sandwiches home. Great quality.

After checking the website for hours of operation , I drove to this location to find them closed a half hour before posted closing time. I knocked on the door but was ignored by the person who was still there. Very unprofessional and infuriating.
Great staff and the food was great.
Enjoyed our toasted meatball subs. We hadn't had those in 10 years. The server/cashier was a bit rude but maybe she was stressed out. The sandwiches were good but needed maybe some salt and pepper not much flavor. We took ours to go.

The deal was buy one get one half off. Got both at full price. It didn't taste fresh the spinach was limp and the tomato was mushy. I've been there before and it was great. But this time not so much and it wasn't busy. The way I was treated they won't get a lot of return business.

We walk into the Subway and there is s young man sitting eating with a huge curly fro with hair all over, not under a hat or pulled back. We stand at the counter ready to order. He gets up, doesn't wash his hands, puts on gloves, and asks what I wanted. He isn't wearing anything affiliated with subway but ok. We simply wanted a turkey on white. My husband asks him where his hair net is. He states per corporate they have to wear hats but the hats don't fit his hair. Again my husband proceeds to ask about the hair net. He proceeds to tell my husband not to worry and that he isn't going to get any hair in our food. He then proceeds to make our sandwich incorrectly having to throw it away. Needless to say, we are back on the highway looking for somewhere better where we can trust we aren't going to get a hairball or stomach bug following food preparation.

I did an online order and when I went to pick it up the door was locked, they were cleaning, and turned the light off while I stood at the door. It was 8:30 pm and they close at 9 pm, meaning they closed 30 minutes early and the workers just stared at me while I stood at the door. I called twice and they ignored the phone. Went back to the subway app to see the order had been voided/canceled.

Subway really does nothing newer than they have 15 years ago. It's meh at best. This one didn't have any cheese or bacon which is pretty ridiculous. I will still eat Subway, but it's just not competing with the likes of Jimmy John's on anything other than price.
