“I decided to bring one of my sisters here for dinner tonight and as usual the food was good except we were kinda bummed when we found out they had ran out of Mac and cheese BUT, it was the amazing service that truly made the whole night. From the moment we were seated, our waiter, Joe, greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. He was very patient with us. He was also attentive without being intrusive. He anticipated our needs, ensuring our drinks were always full and checking in at just the right moments to see if we needed anything. His friendly demeanor created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, making us feel like valued guests. It’s rare to encounter such a dedicated and personable waiter, and Joe's exceptional service elevated our experience to a whole new level. Overall, Chili’s was pretty good, not only for its food but also for the outstanding service provided by Joe. He is a true asset to the restaurant, and I highly recommend requesting his section when you make your reservation. Thanks to Joe, our evening was a success, and we can't wait to return!
