“I decided to bring one of my sisters here for dinner tonight and as usual the food was good except we were kinda bummed when we found out they had ran out of Mac and cheese BUT, it was the amazing service that truly made the whole night. From the moment we were seated, our waiter, Joe, greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. He was very patient with us. He was also attentive without being intrusive. He anticipated our needs, ensuring our drinks were always full and checking in at just the right moments to see if we needed anything. His friendly demeanor created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, making us feel like valued guests. It’s rare to encounter such a dedicated and personable waiter, and Joe's exceptional service elevated our experience to a whole new level. Overall, Chili’s was pretty good, not only for its food but also for the outstanding service provided by Joe. “i had a misunderstanding with a to go order , when i got there to get my food i realized a few things were wrong, with zero hesitation the manager came out and refunded me for the original order and corrected everything, also let us keep the extras. Not many places have this type of customer service! Food is consistent and so are the employees!“
