The owner is weak business leader. A few days ago I was at the bar, and observed him sucking back 4 cocktails then publicly humiliating his hard working female bartender when she clearly was doing her best to handle the dinner rush. A good leader would direct employee support when needed rather than being drunkenly verbally abusive.
