I didn’t stay in the hotel lately, but the gaming area is super hot and crowded (last few times I sweated and I don’t sweat easily). Very outdated. They no longer comp good or have great giveaways. It smells like stale cigar smoke, which is the worst smell in the world. We went to Lake Charles at one of their casinos and it was a few minutes longer drive but the atmosphere was so different. I’m in the South Tower. The air condition doesn’t work, the room feels like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long while, and there were no refrigerator or microwave so this ad is misleading. I’ve been here 4 days and the room hasn’t been cleaned once. I asked for a refrigerator and 4 days later, I still don’t have one. The casino has been empty so I’ve not seen anyone win much less playback. I guess they are losing money. Most of the employees look like they are sleeping...read full review

Soap still in tub, no lightbulb in lamp, shower or toilet area. No coffee pot in room. Old toothpaste was on counter around the vanities. Bed frame left exposed. Big stains in carpet. Front desk staff was nice but that was the only redeeming quality. Yuck.
