Really disappointed. I took a 35-minute Uber to this restaurant because Google shows it’s open, but when I arrived it was closed. Please update your Google listing so customers don’t waste their time and money

YUM, love this place. This place is everything Ian McNulty said it was and more. The food is excellent and the owner is an amazing man. I took my out of town daughter and friend there and they had to come back a second time before leaving. They want regular deliveries of the lentil soup shipped to them. 3 years later, this week I went again with friends and the food was good but we had to go to the server for everything else. He never checked on us and we reminded him that we needed pita bread and this was NOT delivered until we again asked for pitas to take home and I had to ask for the checks. I rated the service at 1 star and I won't recommend this place again.

I haven’t had the chance to dine in yet, but I discovered this restaurant through a friend and decided to give it a try via online ordering. I’m so glad I did!!! Everything I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious. From the chicken and beef to the fish and sandwiches, every dish is flavorful and consistently well-prepared. I’ve ordered multiple times through Uber Eats, and the quality never disappoints. Highly recommend! I definitely plan to visit with my family one day to enjoy the full experience.

I just love this food. Ordered tons of dishes were group of 12 people. Must try beef and chicken kebabs. Lamb shank & goat head was awesome. My most favorite one was Almasgoof special Fish. Staff is kind and sweet going next time when visiting NOLA.
Everything was great!! Service was awesome and food was delicious, I had the Chicken Tikka, lentil soup, hot Iraqi tea, and Knafeh dessert. New favorite in Metairie!!

Lovely gem in Metairie. It's small, quaint and has a family vibe. The food is really good and flavorful. Everything is cooked fresh to order. So there is a little bit of a wait, but its worth it. I really enjoy their lentil soup and the Lebanese Tea. The customer service is also great and very accommodating.
Excellent flavor in the dishes we had. Fresh baked bread and pita. Lentil soup was perfectly seasoned. We look forward to returning and trying other dishes.
