First time we went here at 7pm at night. This place will take all your money especially if they make you do it on the iPad. The iPad doesn’t apply the make it a meal. We paid about 43 for burgers, Fries, and shakes all separate. The lady that was walking around seems like she didn’t want to be bothered and lied saying they’ll apply the discount. You should definitely have a person at the register to ring up orders. We will never be back here again. I understand why this place never gets customers. On top of that they forget our milkshakes. Fries looked like crumbs at the end of the bag. Highly disappointed.

What’s going on at this location, it used to be nice and well maintained? Just ordered some burgers and a chicken sandwich. The burger buns are thin and pathetic, the toppings on the burgers are hardly there, like seriously are yall running low on lettuce/tomato/mayo? The chicken sandwich was clearly fried earlier and the re-dropped in the fryer, the chicken is dry, overly crunchy and a waste of money. The overpriced frys were soggy, and full of the thin burned bits that clearly have been left in the fryer all day. And what are yall doing when placing items in the bag, playing toss from 20’? Get your act together, I expect service like this from a low class chain burger joint.

I love that AB offers the Beyond Beef party as an option for non meat eaters that want a burger and fries. Tasty French fries, but mostly very short fries. Too short to dip in their tasty AB sauce. Took service down to 3 because an order did come out wrong (happens sometimes) and it took a long time to get it remade. Long enough for everyone else to have finished their meal (points off). Staff wasn't rude, buy also not very welcoming. Often seemed confused and unsure of what to do. Atmosphere was on par for a burger joint. Bottom line, won't say no if someone wants to go to AB, but didn't like it enough to recommend.
Vegetarian options: They offer Beyond Beef as a patty option.
