It's a shame, I was one of your biggest fans, I loved Atomic Burger, but the last two times I went, utter disappointment. The burger I got through the drive thru was actually uneatable. I couldn't tell if it was bad or just not cooked, I didn't let it get to me, maybe it was an off day. I went in today my girl and I, ordered paid my 50 bucks because I tipped, but really 25 dollars per meal, that's high, but if the quality was worth it, okay. I told my daughter if it wasn't good this time, I'm never going back. Well, we ordered, the store is so dirty, handprints on the furniture, doors dirty, dirty cups on the counter that are for customers, the filth was palatable, meaning you could taste it, figuratively and literally. We couldn't eat in the restaurant; we had to leave. We ate it in the car, the bread was super soggy, just yuk. Some of your loyal customers are leaving, I'm sure others have been leaving too, but it's just really disgusting, and I'm just being honest, not dramatic, I didn't even go in the restroom, God only knows how that looks, I literally couldn't get out of there fast enough, broken furniture, they hung a Christmas decoration, which is fine, but it was so half ass, the whole experience was dirty and half ass, a real shame. Best of luck to you, but Atomic Burger is not what it used to be and is a rip off for the price, the quality and cleanliness are gone, hoping you change things, even the drink isn't drinkable because it's flat. Just yuk, gross, really disgusting. So sorry to say. Gave it two stars because the lady at the counter was nice.

Dear Atomic Burger Management,
I am writing to express my concern about an incident that occurred at your [insert location or city] location on [insert date]. My mother and I were dining there when we noticed an elderly gentleman who appeared to be disoriented and possibly experiencing early signs of dementia. His pants were wet, and he had his shoes off, clearly looking confused and lost.
Instead of offering him help or compassion, several staff members began laughing and talking about him inappropriately. The man wandered outside and back inside, still visibly confused, yet the employees treated him as if he were a threat rather than someone in need of assistance. I understand that unexpected situations can be challenging, but it was very disappointing to see such a lack of empathy and professionalism.
As someone who works in healthcare with patients who have dementia, I could tell that this man needed patience and understanding — not ridicule. This situation deeply upset me and my mother, as it reflected poorly on the restaurant and its values.
I hope that management will address this with staff through additional training on how to handle situations involving vulnerable adults respectfully and compassionately. No one deserves to be treated without dignity, especially in a public setting.

Haven't had any issues at this place until recently. Perhaps under new management; not sure. We went in September and ordered 2 different shakes and they were awful. Food was still great. Today, they gave us the wrong burgers and they were old and soggy. They gave me an extra order of fries. Maybe hoping that would distract from the burgers that's so shrunk they look like sliders with extra patties. Then again, they were not fresh either. Maybe they needed to get rid of food someone else didnt want. Only thing looking freshly made was the burger that required jalapeños. It looked plump and new. These days, why hire and keep those who mess with the formula, when there are so many looking for work.

This was at the Metairie location. Yesterday, I ordered 3 sliders ate half of one. Went to try the second and found a long black hair in it. Sent a review through toast to Atomic Burger. They advised to contact them directly and they would provide a refund. I called yesterday and left a message for a manager and got no return phone call. I called again today and same thing, no refund or return phone call. Not good customer service at all

Don't let the chum bucket vibes turn you away, the burgers are great and they got the small crunchy ice for your drinks. My biggest Con is that it's kinda expensive for me not to be full. I paid 16 dollars plus tip here where as when I go to whataburger my order is 13 no tip option and I sometimes can't finish the meal. Overall great food, maybe get it to go? Unless you're like me and NEED to eat it fresh off the grill.
