I just wanted to shout out the worker, Tyler! I have been complaining how a lot of younger people’s customer service, work ethic, and even the ability to make eye contact has been terrible! He gave me hope again in people! Our little girl can’t have dairy, so when we got to the front of the line, I told him that I read online that she can have the ones they make as long as they don’t have dairy, and I was excited to get her one because she has never been able to eat a pretzel...

Melissa and Crystal you guys are the best employees I’ve ever interacted with before at this Aunty Annie’s location. Your staff overall are very nice people and deserve a higher pay accordingly.The pretzels are always phenomenal and your pretzel dogs are delicious as ever. Aunty Annie’s is def a good place to pick up a treat at, is certainly my favorite and I always recommend it around!

Haven't been to the Mall very much this season - proper protocol - but were in the area and needed some hot pretzels - AUNTIE ANNIE - and the nuggets are still my fave - friendly folks behind the counter
