I’m bittersweet here. Staff was amazing! Still haven’t updated from covid hours. Biggest complaint is that they mix clear liquors with cheaper to make more money. But wine or dark liquor!!!

Pictures makes me think the food must be disgusting.

The service was outstanding. The food took a little longer come out, but that’s OK cause it was worth it. Loved the Boudin eggrolls. The steak was tender and moist.

Gumbo and salad were reasonably priced and delicious. Live music and fantastic service by Jessica.

I am staying at the Marriott and ate at this restaurant in the bottom of the hotel. The food was fine but it was nothing to write home about. They were of course short staffed but that’s just how things are now so that doesn’t bother me. the staff was very kind.

The server was super friendly, and made the dining experience great! The rice and beans with the pork belly was very delicious, as was the bread pudding.

The bartender is probably my favorite bartender out of all That has ever served me!! He’s absolutely fantastic!

Okay, really between 4 and 5 stars but I can’t do that on google. The food I had was good (whiskey shrimp) and very good (salmon rice bowl). The wine was good and the set up was nice. The service wasn’t great even though everyone was super friendly. I think it is more a training issue than anything else. Man that rice bowl was good!!!

Night & DaySmall menu and terrible service. My colleague and I stopped in for a late lunch after checking in at the hotel. Staff was unfamiliar with the beer list to the point they couldn't make a recommendation on a Louisiana beer. We were one of three tables with two servers working and no one checked in on us once. Ended up getting a national beer and was brought a bottle after asking for a draft. Had to get up and ask for my check. There was a hotel manager standing with the servers talking and he didn't acknowledge me in the least (actually acted like I was interrupting them). The food was mediocre hotel fare, flatbreads and burgers. I don't know if they have the C team in for the lull between lunch and dinner, but it was a really poor start to a trip and a really poor reflection on the hotel.Edit: Since it was in my hotel, my colleagues and I went back for breakfast during our stay. The breakfast service was well run and much better than my previous experience.

I only had one meal here, but it was excellent, as was the service and ambiance. The hotel has a low-key, but classy, modern feel. If you stay here, you will eat in this restaurant primarily, as there are no dining places within walking distance.

Cheese frites are awesome. So is the spicy jerk wings. Tuffle fries are the freaking bomb!!
