My absolute favorite coffee. Soooo much better than Starbucks. I just WISH the would put a location in KENNER!!! Please.... someone open a CC's Coffee in kenner. My life would be complete. Get a iced mocha latte with almond milk. Best iced coffee I've ever had!

This is my favorite coffee house. I ordered at the drive thru in Metairie, the service was fast, the coffee and croissant were bomb, and the window barista was very down to earth and friendly. ❤️

Asked for very light chocolate in my mocca and I got literally half of my cup was chocolate. Wish I could get a plain cup of coffee with unsweetened hazlenut creamer and one pack of splenda. I will just make coffee at home I asked the lady for this and she could not understand what I wanted. This is why I got the mocca

Best chain coffee shop in New Orleans

Love this place! We got 3 mochassippis today, and as always, they were delicious. BETTER than Starbucks,I don't care what what says. Cicis coffee is SO GOOD, and you can actually taste the coffee,not just sugar.

I’ve been coming to this CCs for a long, long time. The people are always super friendly and know my order. There’s a lot of new folks there now, and the staffing issue has been so bad that they’ve closed inside service. A good move when you’re understaffed, in my opinion. I give the place five stars because it’s always been good in the past, but I wrote this lengthy review to suggest after hours training or even a day to close the store and train the new folks. I got a drink two days ago that was made incorrectly. I got a drink for my girlfriend and I yesterday, and both were made incorrectly. My girlfriend went today and said her drink was wrong again. Great team and great drinks, but I might go to a different location until they are trained more thoroughly

I am autistic and notoriously picky. I HATE fruit and I have always been vitamin deficient. The Blueberry Pomegranate Smoothie is delicious, consistent and has no bad texture! I went on 5/15/23 and asked for the ingredients to the smoothie and they were so kind and considerate! I truly appreciate them taking time to show me everything and even where I can find stuff to make it myself. While I do definitely plan to make it at home, I will continue visiting this location for amazing service and compassion! Thank you!! 10/5

For some reason, this location does not have their walk-in open, everything‘s to the drive-in, but you never know until you went to the side door. I spoke with the manager and she informed me that it’s posted everywhere and I informed her it is only posted on one door and it would be courteous to all the people who are getting out of their cars and walking up to the door if they would make a posted sign as you drive up. She was rude

I have been coming to this CC’s location for years and I’ve seen lots of baristas come and go but Christina has always stood out to me. She is one of the kindest and most delightful baristas I have ever had the pleasure of crossing paths. I was sad when she was transferred to the Metairie road location but I’m happy to see her back on Vets. CC’s y’all are truly lucky to have an employee like her. Employee’s like her are few and far in between. I’m always happy when I hear her, “alright my baaaaybeee” on the drive thru speaker!

Frankly I feel like an idiot, I gave them a bad review because I was mad, but I realized I was in the wrong, because they are understandable, and apparently I can’t read their sign on the door cause it’s too small to read “no outside food and drink”, that should be in bold writing imo.Anyway, the blonde girl Christina, is probably the most delightful and courteous one here, and she does her job very well, and calls you “baby” ? ☕️ ??‍♂️. I definitely recommend her to serve you drinks and food

Wonderful coffee cake with pecans. They warmed it up in the toaster oven, not a microwave. Great dark coffee with heavy cream, delicious.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp in the front. Great for wheelchairs.
