Frankly I feel like an idiot, I gave them a bad review because I was mad, but I realized I was in the wrong, because they are understandable, and apparently I can’t read their sign on the door cause it’s too small to read “no outside food and drink”, that should be in bold writing imo.Anyway, the blonde girl Christina, is probably the most delightful and courteous one here, and she does her job very well, and calls you “baby” ? ☕️ ??♂️. I definitely recommend her to serve you drinks and food

Wonderful coffee cake with pecans. They warmed it up in the toaster oven, not a microwave. Great dark coffee with heavy cream, delicious.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp in the front. Great for wheelchairs.

This is a pretty large coffee shop with a finny parking lot! There's a tiny bit of parking in the front, and a drive through lane with a little bit of parking lot in the back if you follow the drive through lane. The coffee is consistent with other CCs, so if you like CCs coffee, you'll be fine. In general, CCs over-roasts their beans, so the carbon from the burnt beans is noticeable. But hey, that's what you expect here. They also have a large community table inside with six high-top chairs and plenty of outlets. That's pretty convenient for working on your laptop. They have free wifi as well.

I had heard a lot of good things about CC’s coffee. Walked in and it smelled amazing. The clerk at the counter seemed disinterested in being there or helping people. The pumpkin cake was great but small, about half the size you would get at Starbucks. The coffee was great and I would like it again.One real complaint was while waiting an officer came into order and the clerk gave him a hard time for “having a gun on him”. This really hurt my image of this store a lot.

I ordered a grande iced vanilla latte and an almond croissant. My croissant was stale (despite being warmed up to try to help) and I got a hot latte with cold foam. The tag on the drink was what I ordered (grande iced vanilla latte with oat milk and cold foam) but the drink was a hot vanilla latte with what tasted like whole milk. I didn’t have time to request a remake and the baristas seemed to be struggling already. It looked like there was only one person making drinks for both store and drive thru.

Sarah, maybe change the way you run your store and you'll keep people. Nobody is ever gonna be as "perfect" as you are. Nobody will ever "know" as much as you if you don't tell them Imfao. Also, don’t leave your workers alone to struggle and then berate your workers for doing what they can while you sit in the office and laugh with Christina. Maybe change the way you do things and you'll keep people?? If not, keep kicking rocks.
I’m not sure what is happening at this place but they can’t seem to keep workers longer than 2 weeks. I’ve been coming here for years and every 2 weeks my order gets messed up. It’s a shame bc it’s starting to make me want to drive further to get better service.

LIVID! It’s 6:15, the restaurant isn’t open and the employee inside chooses not to alert ANYONE in the drive through that they’re unable to open the store until a second employee arrives.

The drive thru was a bit slow but the people were nice, except for a bit confused. I ordered online when I saw the lines and first they couldn't find it and then they didn't note I was in the line so when I came through the employee gave me the price for the car behind me, on the fluoride my Americano was yummy and delish,
