Idk what happened this time. But I had severe food poisoning from eating al pastor. Idk if it was undercooked or what but I should have known something was uo because the texture of the chicken was very odd. I have work this following morning and I may miss it because of this. Food safety needs to be top priority. I now have a fever like I've got covid and throwing up. I've haven't thrown up in years

I recently had a continuous disappointing experience at Chipotle, which left much to be desired. The staff I encountered displayed a surprisingly rude attitude throughout my visit, making the overall ambiance less than welcoming. When it came to portion sizes, particularly with the chicken, I was given what could only be described as half-spoons, significantly less than what one would expect for the price paid.Moreover, when I inquired about a law enforcement discount, which I knew was available from previous visits, the staff member flatly stated they didn't offer such a discount, without bothering to double-check with a manager. This was particularly frustrating, as I've received the discount before at this very location by simply asking for a manager to confirm. It's disheartening when staff are not fully informed about the policies and discounts their establishment offers.Given these experiences, I would recommend anyone considering this Chipotle to instead visit the one in Clearview, which is only an 8-minute drive away. The service there has consistently been more accommodating and the staff more knowledgeable and courteous. It's unfortunate, but for the time being, I'll be taking my business to the Clearview location where the service better aligns with the quality Chipotle is known for.

Chips are always stale and never fresh. They never have any fresh chips or food when asked. The food station, and drink station is always nasty. The forks and knives station is unsanitary. The lemonade is always empty and the tables are filthy.

Worst experience at Chipotle ever. Ordered online for outside pick up for 230pm. Ended up waiting inside until 310pm. Food never showed up in pick up area. No one would acknowledge us. Asked an employee to please check on our order and was told she could not leave where she was at because people were in line. Multiple employees were walking around, but would not acknowlege us. We left ar 310pm. Customer support refunded us and offered us chips and salsa as consolation. Looks like it's Qdoba from here on out.

I figured it out. No drink or any extras and you can walk out spending 12$ and some change. Last time I spent 23$ on myself. Couldn't figure out why. Well. The drink is 3.20$ why.
