We've dined here many times but something has definitely changed with these steaks. Party of 2 had same boneless Ribeye..medium and med well..Bland bland bland! Not the same..Only able to eat a few bites. Do not order the cheesecake..it has apples in it and it doesn't look or taste anything close to cheesecake! Service/ambiance good..food not so much..WHAT HAPPENED?

I can't begin to thank Courtney and Shania enough for making my birthday dinner special! Courtney shared the Lenten Special with us including the change of crawfish instead of crabmeat; it was delicious! All of the wait staff were polite, attentive and very friendly! Please share this review of appreciation with Courtney & Shania, my husband and I will definitely be back and hope to get seated in their section!!

My wife's red fish was burnt underneath. She told the Manager that it was extra charred but she didn't noticed it was burnt until mostly finished. I called the same manager and showed him the burnt fish so the cook could be notified. He took the burnt fish to the kitchen and offered bread pudding as a consolation. I felt that he still should have replaced the fish because of the cost difference. Also it was a piece of fish versus a side of fish. This was the first time this happened but it wasn't handled right. Now my wife does not want to patronize here any longer because of her experience. For the cost of the Desi experience, the managers should be more decisive on customer service.

Lunch 2/24/26. Table for two, each ordered one of the burger combos asked for medium rare. Burgers came our well done and cold. We made waitress aware and her only response was that she would tell the kitchen so it wouldn't happen again. What made things worse watching other burger plates go to nearby tables and those looked good. There was no attempt to make things right. We paid the bill, both dishes mostly uneaten and left. We won't be back.....

Not worth the money. Go to Flemings. The ribeye was tough and not really flavorful. The potatoes au gratin tasted like it was made from a box. The duck fat Brussel sprouts were good. The service was good. Food not worth it.

Desi Vega's, Well Done! Special thanks to Mr. Parker the manager and his entire team. They were efficient and friendly to all their guests. Our party table was treated exceptionally well, and every dish that was brougt to the table was on point.
Not their greatest night, took way too long to get our food, potato was cold, pork chop a lot of grizzle. We frequent a lot so they might have just had an off night, usually it's good.
