El Rincón Mexicano is an authentic Mexican restaurant, offering delicious and reasonably priced dishes. Their birria tacos are a highlight, described as ooey, gooey, meaty, and tasty. The restaurant currently does not serve guacamole, queso, or alcoholic beverages, but they are working on it. The tacos are authentic and not the small tortillas. Taco varieties include chicken, al pastor (pork), and asada (beef), with the asada being a recommendation. The spicy green taco sauce is also a must-try. The chips and salsa are served warm and seem to be made to order. The rice is very good, but the beans could be improved. Despite the lack of guacamole, queso, and beer, it has become a new favorite spot for many, offering $2 taco Tuesdays.
