Fiery Crab Seafood Restaurant And Bar

Sat down and ate here yesterday because I was catching up with a friend and this was her preference. Upon entering the restaurant, there was a very strong smell of bug spray which was a little nauseating to me but I just wrote it off. The waitress seated us in a booth near the front windows and there was a large pile of dead flies right next to our booth. I had to ask for us to move her because it’s obviously unappetizing to eat in eye view of dead bugs. I wouldn’t have come back on my own because i’m not fond of seafood chains, but the bug experience was really gross and makes me question the cleanliness of this restaurant. Just something to note if you’re thinking of eating here.

I ordered fried fish and my bf got the shrimp both were bland and the fish was more batter than meat. Not satisfied

Love everything about this place except the acoustics. It is difficult to talk across the table but i was there to eat. The food certainly makes up for it though. The chargrilled oysters were out of this world. I had the crawfish, shrimp, and crab leg boil bag special. The $24 price is awesome.

Had several excellent sesfood dishes from there before but several years ago I got grilled oysters and they served me plain cooked oysters on the half shell floating in straight butter with some sort of seasoning see diluted in the butter. They were the absolute worst grilled oysters I have ever tried. Nasty. I never went back. Done finished. I questioned it with staff told them they were nasty. Nothing said.

This is a neutral review service and food were mid and this was my first time at this establishment. Order was placed through mobile for pick up and stated food should be ready in 20-25 min so we went to WholeFoods. Walked into FieryCrab after 30min and was not greeted. Hostess finally stated pickup and pointed to other side of the counter. Another young lady asked my name and I was told order was not ready yet. Wait time after arrival was minimal 5-8min and then order came to the front, I paid and left. I can tell these young lady's do not like their job and are there for the check which is sad because you should love what you do. They are quick to catch an attitude and be non chalant with customers and mannerisms lack hospitality. Not sure if that day was a bad day or not but the customers should never know the difference. Also, I know the difference in being from nola and having an attitude, so not the case. That was my first time at that establishment and every seafood spot not the same so greet ya people with a smile and atleast ask them if it is their first time visiting your establishment and will they be dining in or picking up a mobile order because it didn't happen that day. Restaurant itself has no price details for platter , waiting time is long for food to be ordered and serve. Our Server was complaining for giving a custom tip and she is being rude and walking out talking saying something , was gonna leave its because of that kind of behavior that shes showing. Great service, To go orders are quick and the staff are sweet especially Amairee! She helped me with my order and even cleaned and switched my bag for me. Definitely the best fiery crab location

We went to eat here yesterday for my 28th birthday, and honestly it was one of the best birthday experiences I could have asked for! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and the service was beyond amazing.

We ordered the Queen’s Boil, and it was so good! Everything was flavorful, fresh, and cooked perfectly. The portions were great, and it definitely made the dinner feel even more special.

Our server was absolutely excellent and truly deserves a raise and employee of the year! She made our entire experience the best from the moment we sat down. Her energy and vibe were fantastic, and she was so kind, attentive, and patient the whole time. My brother was not sure what he wanted to eat, and she took the time to help him with recommendations and made him feel comfortable instead of rushed.

She went above and beyond to make my birthday feel special and memorable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and wants everyone to have a great experience. Because of her, this became a birthday to remember, and I truly appreciate how she made my 28th birthday feel so fun and special.

We will definitely be coming back. Amazing food, amazing atmosphere, and even more amazing service!
