Excellent service by Jackie, came here with some friends of mine celebrating a special occasion and was fantastic server, never had any issues. Would come again

Came in for a delicious bbq dinner with my fiancé and received Jacqueline as our server, we were a little skeptical about service due to past bad experiences at previous establishments but Jacqueline eschewed them immediately! Probably the friendliest and attentive service we’ve ever received. Excellent recommendations, tremendous menu knowledge and overall a solid employee. I honestly forgot the notion of being thirsty throughout the duration of the meal because my cup never ran dry.

I have been coming here for a while and my server Nari is THE BEST! So sweet and attentive not just because it’s her job but because I can tell that’s who she is as a person. She’s AMAZING!

Best Korean BBQ with the best service!! My husband and I went for dinner and were not disappointed. The food was amazing and the service was wonderful. Jackie was especially helpful and made our experience great! Will definitely be recommending to our friends and family!

My husband and I recently moved back to Metairie and have been eating at our favorite restaurants again. Nari was our server and she was the bessstttt! She has the sweetest personality and very knowledgeable. We will be returning just because of her and to eat the delicious food. 😋

For my first visit here, I had a great experience. Don was the coolest server ever. Very charismatic and funny. I would definitely go again for his service alone!

Yeongseo was super duper helpful!!! We had a great meal, and I got all the fresh garlic I could’ve needed for our pork belly, marinated pork belly, beef brisket (recommended by Yeongseo!), shrimp, and skirt steak! 💗 A great place to stop by for some good kbbq and nice pairing of pinot.

Anthony was an amazing server for us today, was very accommodating and very quick with our orders. I’ve been coming here for the past two years, and gotten Anthony as my server multiple occasions and he’s been an amazing host for my dinner experiences here. Highly recommend it if you’re a fan of Korean style food, or just a great dinner experience!

Vincent was very nice and very on top of things, the wait times were short and they can fit ranges of people, it was very clean and the portions were large.

If I could give 0 star, I would.
Let me explain why.

We went there group of 5. Only 2 of us went there first and it was before lunch hour. (lunch they charge less than dinner) we sat down and asked waiter the other 3 will be here little late but we would like to order without them. waiter said no.
the reason was all 5 has to be there at the same time due to time restrictions. we said it doesn’t matter, we will just start, and the waiter kept insisting to wait. we said we will start, and thats how our journey began in this unpleasant restaurant.

First of all, at most, you know for fact that in “all you can eat”, speed is the key. we ordered some beef brisket and the waiter ( claim to be the manager) came and put the gas level to 2. remember, it only goes up to 3 in this restaurant and it takes million years to cook one thin slice brisket if you put the fire lever in 2. i put on the 3, and the waiter kept coming back and adjust the level to 2. we have done this non stop adjusting for more than 30 times. he thinks that it was funny but it was rude and obnoxious. he made us think that it was against the fire code which adjusting fire level from 2 to 3 and it was just ridiculing us entire time.

Second, they were kept bringing orders that we didn’t order. we only order 2 orders of wings, which tasted terrible and they brought 5. i think they were trying to feed us with cheper menu so we wouldn’t order more.

At last, waiter was rude, owner didnt care, my recommendation to this restaurant is absolutely 0.
don’t go there and ruin your day. please visit other restaurant and have them treat you the right way.

This easily became me and my husband's favorite restaurants. The marinated pork belly is hands down the best meat I've ever eaten. This was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had.

This place use to be affordable and delicious. Now it is just too expensive for a place where you pretty much have to cook your own food. Won’t go back.

This was my first time at Gangnam Korean BBQ Restaurant, I absolutely enjoyed the experience of cooking my marinated choice of meats at my table!! I loved the six or eight small sides they brought out rt away, and then we ordered our other sides as part of the experience!! The lunch price is Amazing for the all you can eat in two hrs!! The staff was very sweet and attentive and made the experience even better!!! The food was delicious!!! Especially the marinated meats , you can choose beef, chicken, pork!!! Gotta try it!!! Make sure you go with a big appetite!!! I will be going back and bringing some friends!!!

Parking: Parking is great!! The have a nice lot!!
