Gio's Pizza & Spaghetti House

When you think genuine Italian cuisine look no further their pizza phenomenal. My mouth is watering as I’m just remembering the pizza as I write this review.

THIS PLACE IS LEGIT!!!! Living most of my life in the Philly/South Jersey area I say from experience this place would absolutely stand up to Northeast pizza. What was even better than the food were the people who owned/ran it. We didn’t realize they closed at 2 for lunch but they never made us feel uncomfortable at all. They were absolutely fantastic from the second we walked in to the moment we left. I felt like I was back home for lunch today. This is by far the best pizza we have found in the south. Also go birds 🦅!

I'm not sure what the hype is with this pizza, First off the sauce was so sweet, it was not good, the cheese was barely there, it was thin crust which I'm ok with, but when u bit into the slice it was like biting into a crouton for the crust... it truly was blah.. it was my first time , and prob my last... the Guy who took my order was very nice though, and that's really the only good thing that I have to say🤷‍♀️

I have heard quite a lot about Gio's so I had big expectations going in, I'm happy to say that they exceeded them. It was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. I tried a meatball, at the recommendation of another customer, it was incredible, as was the sauce.

The owners were so nice. As I was walking in with my grandkids (an infant and toddler) they both rushed to the door to help me, sat me at a table and took our order. While eating the food served to me, I noticed signs that it was a self service restaurant. Yikes. Everyone was so kind, welcoming and helpful that I was clueless.

I ordered a pizza and salad. Both were tasty. I was disappointment that Gio’s only sold coca-cola products. It’s rare that I purchase drinks in plastic, but that’s the only type of beverage offered.

The restaurant was clean. No much on decor, which was fine with me.

Best food I ever had… Super friendly quick service, and the food was perfect. The son working there was a great hard-working helper. 10/10 family environment

We have been going to this place for as long as I can remember it being open. Family owned! AMAZING MEATBALLS AND ITALIAN SAUSAGE. Delicious PIZZA. Salads are delicious as well. CONSISTENTLY great food! Really nice owners. Well-run. When I think of a family-owned, small business with good home cooked food, I think of this place! I don’t think I’ve ever even had a mediocre meal here! If you haven’t been, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT

Absolutely delicious pizza. Fresh sauce, just enough cheese, high quality meats, thin and crispy crust. One of the best all around pizzas I've ever had. Very friendly service as well. Highly recommended and will definitely be back.
