Excellent food and service! We have a few Korean restaurants here in New Orleans (we have a little of everything) and I’m really happy with Gogi.

I got the Bulgogi (one of my favorite Korean dishes) and it was fantastic. Portions were generous - more than I can eat in one sitting. The meat was well-seasoned and very tender. The kimchi and jangajji were excellent! Especially the cucumbers.

I came in between lunch and dinner, so there...

Coming from Seattle it’s hard to find Korean food or good Korean food at all in the south. I got the kimchi soup and it was a little underwhelming. Only about four or so tofu pieces and the meat was very scant. The flavor was good, but wish the quality and quantity of the meat and tofu was more. Friendly service. If I were to come back, I’ll try something else.

Super cute place with delicious Korean food! The sweet Korean lady who is a server is a little shy, but really nice! She even interacted with the youngest at our table (which he really loved as a 5 year old). The food was amazing as someone who has lived in Korea and Los Angeles before and had Korean food there before. I would say call ahead to make sure what they have available to order (ie appetizers) but that didn’t hinder us as all of us wanted some sort of beef or pork....
