We stumbled upon Gus’s after shopping at the outlets on Riverwalk. The reviews were strong and fried chicken sounded perfect for lunch. Their chicken is hands down the best fried chicken I’ve ever had at a restaurant! It was also a great price - and for those who have visited NOLA before, you know it can be a pricey city! You must try it!

This place was outstanding, everyone was friendly and the service was quick. This was some of the best chicken I’ve had. Spiced just right and the skin was crispy, but very juicy when you bit into it.
