I come here every couple of weeks as it’s a great burrito and good value for the money. Ingredients are always fresh and fast service. I had an issue with an online order today and the general manager Joshua went above and beyond to make it right. Not often you see great customer service anymore. Highly recommend Izzo’s!

I'd give this establishment more stars if I could, I had a delivery issue regarding the store (nothing the store did) today and I'm not sure if it was the manager I spoke with (really wish I'd gotten his name) or a team member but regardless the service that I received was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure I received my order. So thank you a thousand times for the great customer service

We were there right at lunchtime, so it was quite busy. They had a lot of Associates working there, and all of them were busy filling orders. The food was delicious. This is a cafeteria type place. They have self-serve soft drinks, and before Covid, they also had self-serve lemons for tea and red salsa for your chips. They should move those items back to self-serve.
