Order and gotten some red beans and a BLT SANDWICH ON THE side Bread from the sandwich was stale I almost choked . Red Beans were tasteless and plain to say the least. Would very much not recommend first and last time going to that establishment

Ordered catering for an office luncheon, and the food was great, it was ready on time, and very easy to order. Will definitely cater with Jam's again, I am looking forward to trying some other items on the menu.

We ordered two dinners with two pork chops on each plate. All four of them are in the garbage. I have never seen pork chops in that condition. Nothing but skin and gristle. That cook knew he was sending that disgusting disgusting meat with a customer and he could care less evidently! Stay away from this place.

I went twice to give them another chance service no different. Owner unconcerned to if they provide good service or not. Order not made the way specified both times. I'll never return not worth the money, prices to high.

Got some red beans and rice w/ sausage a couple weeks ago for myself and my parents and none of us could eat it. It was terrible. It looked translucent from the amount of water in it (had no seasoning either). Took them 40-45m to even make this order to-go when no one was inside eating. This isn't the first time we've gotten food from them that was just not good. We probably won't be back again.

JAM'S did the catering for my holiday party, and I couldn't be MORE PLEASED! The presentation on both trays was excellent as were the sandwiches, veggies ,and cheese. The veggie dip was superb ...the price was modest for the service rendered. I shall be back there AGAIN.

When this place was North of Vets boulevard near Bonneville I used to drive there just for the grilled shrimp salad/ PoBoy or roast beef po boy or quesadilla and continued to do so when they came to the present spot. Things are a little busy temporarily at LaBarre Road but it's easy to get in and out and they offer delivery! The staff/food/attitudes are what one would expect in pricy French quarter restaurants although the interior is basic. This is the "hole in the wall treasure spot"food critics make their living off of!

Through jams food is good the service make it taste worst. My recent experience at Jams Poboy and Catering left much to be desired. The order taker at the door seemed to have mastered the art of rudeness, making the initial interaction quite unpleasant. To add insult to injury, my meal, which came close to a hefty $25, shockingly didn't even include a basic drink. When I mustered the courage to inquire about this oversight, the response I received could only be described as another masterclass in rudeness. Needless to say, my taste buds were not the only things left unsatisfied during this unfortunate visit.

I used to go to it when it was off of veterans and I was delighted when it moved to within a few blocks of my home and my gym. My ritual is to stop about 10 minutes before I finish working out and call in my order and I swoop by and pick things up. I have always loved grilled shrimp po boy and grill shrimp salad and Roast beef poboy too. It's a simple place with great food for the price. If you want something extra extra fancy and willing to pay for it then keep going down Airline hiway to the river and take a left and go into the French quarter!
