Absolutely the worst burger I've ever had, shredded cheese? The steakhouse burger has some salty sauce on it and wasn't cooked properly, only think I'd recommend is the shakes id suggest going to McDonald's for a better burger.

Food was very cold when we received it. So cold you could pick up all the chili cheese fries by grabbing one fry. There was a about a teaspoon of meat on it that I'm assuming was supposed to be chili.

Way overcooked burger. Soggy fries too. But the craziest part to me is they use SHREDDED CHEESE on their burgers! Why would you do that? Put dry, tasteless cheese on a burger? Probably because it maximizes their profit.

The place was dirty. You could see the dirt.. I watch cook the meat it was just sitting there on a dirty nasty grill. The buns was cold and not fresh.Dont order the fries or onion rings( freezer burn ) fries cheese melted in the microwave.. It's nasty , the board of health should go in for a review.Dietary restrictions: If you don't want to get sick from a dirty place don't eat there. Peace

I have been coming to this location for well over ten years and have always been pleased by the food and service except for last night. The manager was very grumpy, irritable, and rude. When I had to pay for my food, he angrily shoved the card reader across the counter to me. I asked what time the restaurant closed and he snapped back at me what the closing time was. I would have told him I was leaving if I haven't already paid. The food was excellent as usual but when I was refilling my drink before leaving, I still thanked the manager even though he had been rude to me. I know he heard me say thank you but he pretended like he didn't hear me and didn't answer. Me and several of my family have always liked eating here but I will not be returning because of the horrible customer service.

Tried Lee's for the first time last week. It was good but lacking a bit. The place is nice and clean and the staff was really friendly. My only complaint, we'll okay two complaints, is the burger patty needed seasoning big time, pretty bland. The second is the parking, supper tight fit. Although I do drive a full sized truck. No way could I of fit through the drive up window situation. Did like the onion rings, ate them all!
