The worst burger we have ever eaten in our life. The burger was precooked and the guy just threw it on the grill to heat it. The bun was so stale it fell apart, and the burger wasn’t even hot. The cheese wasn’t even melted and flavor NONE. Fries were precooked and the guy just set the fry basket down in hot oil. WILL NEVER RETURN!!

It got busy and they do not take your orders in order. People came in way after me and they got their order before me. I was there 50 minutes and still did not get our burgers. When I went up and said I wanted my money back the said one burger was ready I said me what ever you have ready. I still had to wait for my burger fries and onion rings. Don’t go there if they have a line of people. They don’t do others first come First serve.

Lee's Hamburgers are distinctive from many other fast food type joints like this as they definitely have thicker meat on their burgers than most other fast food places you are likely to find. For this visit I would have to say while my burger was good I've had better in the past at this location and at other locations of Lee's Hamburgers. Ordered through Uber. Their burgers are big, but one didn't have cheese despite stating cheese for both. One burger was drowned in mustard. Onion rings & fries had NO seasoning. Not even salted.The only thing enjoyable was the chicken tenders. We won't be ordering again.
Ordered food through door dash. Hamburger was charred, shrimp tasted like pure salt, and onion rings were undercooked with no flavor.

I visited this establishment on yesterday 09/1223, when I walked in the cashier was sitting at the table on her phone and when she noticed I was walking in she got up never greeted me just stood at the register and asked what I wanted to order. When i walked in the door i noticed there were made burgers sitting on the grill which I thought was very odd, secondly as I stated the employee took my order and then proceeded to make my meal and never washed her hands! As I waited on my order I went to the restroom and upon me walking to the back to restroom I smelled a foul smell, I still proceeded to the restroom and along the way there was a door that was opened that appeared to be connected to the kitchen that was very dirty and not sanitary! I went into the restroom and once I was finished to wash my hands there was no soap for me to wash my hands! Immediately that made me sick to the stomach because how are the employees washing their hands after the bathroom use! When I walked back in the lobby there were 2 other employees just hanging around talking with the cashier. After i received my food I sat at the table and table was so sticky and nasty I couldn't believe it! If there's 3 employees is this establishment why weren't the tables cleaned! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I'm definitely contacting the health department about my concerns because this was just a gross experience all together!

I ordered a Shrimp ? poboy today and couldn't even eat it.The shrimp where microwaved ,after in the fridge, or, something ...I could tell!They do not answer their phone so you have to order online! With a $1.50 convenience fee now.I couldn't even bit through the dried out Shrimp with my teeth to eat them!I don't see the owner anymore, which was ok, but, , It's gotten bad. The people are lazy , and dirty now. Very Rude and ungrateful when you pick up.For my Shrimp ? today!!!! Gross ?!!!!I want my $15.80 Back for a horrible poboy!? Yes, tried to call the rest of the day and they do Not Answer! They want the Fee money and no orders over the phone.Good ? Luck ? with your crew!I'll never go back.

My family of four dined in for lunch and had three burgers and one cheesesteak. The food was excellent. The burgers were made with thick homemade patties. The cheesesteak was huge and loaded with steak.As for the environment, maybe not the cleanest and although friendly, in my opinion the employees were not dressed appropriately to be handling food. I would probably go back if I lived in the area because the food was good, but is just a shame that management hasn’t addressed the cleanliness issues.
