I ordered food via the app, I redeemed 6000 points to get a 10 piece nugget and added a large fry to the order. I looked though the app to find my cart and pay for my items but could not locate it. I went to the microphone (where you order) and explained it to them and they told me to come to the second window and talk to the manager. An older woman Spanish looking woman I explained it to her and even added an item so she can fully understand. She left, a few minutes later a African-American looking women came to the window and I did the same thing. She left, then a Spanish looking man came to the window and TOTALLY did not care about the situation. He told me that he can't help me with the app and he can't get my money back. I said OK can I just oder the nuggets and fries here and I will just pay for it sense the app is not working. He told me NO he has a line and if I wanted to make an order I have to go around the building at get in line. This MANAGER was extremely rude and OBVIOUSLY need more training in emotional intelligence. Im in customer service and I do I understand that these things happen but I Would NEVER talk to a customer like he talked to me.

I’m a regular at this location and I know this establishment very well, it just so happened that I was delivering an order this time. The manager that always handles drive thru orders in the mornings was rude and passive aggressive for no reason I don’t know what the hell is your problem but you need to fix whatever is going on with you!

this McDonald’s has gone downhill bad. Yesterday they forgot my bottom bun on my sandwich, extra fries for a happy meal, and kids drink. We had to drive back up to the location… instead of remaking the sandwich they just gave me a cold burger. They still didn’t give me the extra fries for the happy meal. No apology was offered when I came in. Needless to say I wasn’t calling back I just threw money in the trash can.

Ordered food through the app on 12/25- it let me so I figured they were open. They were not. I still haven't been refunded in 30 days- I've called corporate, visited the store, and called the store. NO HELP. I want my money back.

Food was good and the place was clean but there was nowhere to aquire napkins and miscellaneous asundries. We even had to ask for syrup for the breakfast meal. Not the best nor not the worst.

Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes and finally order. Get to the window and asked to park on the side...20 more minutes go by and the food comes out........there was not a sorry for your wait or anything.....was told it was because they just switched between breakfast and lunch....ok fine with that....but shouldn’t the fries be hot if that was the case? Also my 4 year old would like to thank you for not putting a toy in her happy meal as well....I’m sure it was difficult to count all of the items that go in a happy meal....never going to this location again
