For those wondering: the Moxie is a shaken espresso with a house-made vanilla brown sugar syrup. It’s pretty sweet, but it’s delicious. The espresso here is strong and wonderful. The baristas are knowledgeable and helpful. The shop itself is small, clean, and adorable. My daughter and I love walking over to get some coffee.
Moxie Coffee & Espresso is our favorite coffee shop in New Orleans. It’s a small, cute cafe with friendly service and only two outdoor tables. The Moxie signature drink is so good we keep ordering it every time.
The pastries are so good. They don’t make them in order but the bakery is good. I got the moxie iced and it was so good. The hubby got a latte with lavender and he actually liked it and he’s very picky on coffee. The location is small. There was about 10-12 people ahead but the line went fast. Will be back
