Finally visited this place today. Yes, yes, yes! Their fried green tomatoes are the best I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend the gator poppers. Loved the thin fried catfish. Wow, we were so impressed. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Even had “New Orleans Royal tea” for the first time here. I’d give this place a 10 if I could. Definitely a great spot!

so i was working and at around 8 pm a man ordered a surprisingly small cat fish the man then came up to the counter and started to repeatably yell about how he wants to come back “ i will be back” his passion for the establishment makes me happy to work here he dosent seem to have much time left i think he really enjoyed spending his last moment’s here

I came here around 8 pm July 6, and received the SMALLEST piece of catfish I’ve ever seen! And get this: it took almost 6 minutes to receive! As a vet, I don’t have much time left, and every minute counts. The most logical thing to do in that situation was to verbally abuse the staff. So I went to the front counter and proceeded to scream “I’ll be back!” (Presumably, with a sword).
