THIS IS THE BEST PHO I HAVE EVER TRIED IN NEW ORLEANS/METAIRIE. the price for starters is so fair, not $16-$18 starting prices like most places. but it’s beyond that. the pho itself is life changing. the broth is the richest, most flavorful liquid i have ever consumed. every bit of flavor is tasted and appreciated. whoever makes this pho needs to live on forever and become an ethereal immortal being to serve this for all eternity. not to mention i live 20+ mins away the the...

We stopped at NUDO for a quick lunch and really enjoyed it. The pho broth was flavorful, and the fried rice was tasty. I’d definitely recommend the veggie spring rolls. Service was quick, and the staff were kind and courteous. A great spot for Vietnamese food!

Haven't been yet...but I plan to try Nudo soon! I appreciated the great review I read here. I pass by often when I go to Jencare on Houma. Will be back to give you my review.

BTW, I am quite fond of Pho and Vermicelli bowls! Just sayin'!
