We was expecting half of a steak with our shrimp and steak pasta and only received a 3rd of a steak and pasta was dry had to ask for some sauce... Customer service was awesome

Metairie location. I asked for the 3 course special menu and was told by the waitress they were told not to give the menu out. I ordered salad with no tomatoes. It came with tomatoes. Food came out, and the steak was cold. Then the reheheated steak had so much tendon it couldn't be cut. Steak replaced covered in seasoning. Water glasses stayed empty. Service was so slow. Waitress said she told them steak wasn't supposed to have seasoning, but she let them bring it anyway. There were no toppings on the potato even though it was ordered loaded. Dinner service took over 2 hours even though the restaurant was not crowded. No deduction in cost. Entree card offered, but I declined because I don't plan on going back. Note..2 managers were aware of issues

I had an amazing experience at the restaurant thanks to our server, Blaire. She was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism truly enhanced our dining experience. I would highly recommend asking for Blaire if you want top-notch service. She made our visit memorable and enjoyable!
Went on the most recently busy Saturday night and was so pleased because a really nice lady named Elena took extra time to comfort the young children at our table. She brought us fries to keep our toddler content until our meals arrived. So professional and above and beyond in her service. This member of the FOH had true recognition for the meaning of customer service!

Called ahead for a table with 7 people for 6:30 got there at 6:15 was sat at 6:45. Started out a little slow. Got out drinks and order our appetizer. Over 2 hours later we got out second round of drinks. Asked about our food found out some of it wasnt even put in. So we canceled the whole thing and had to leave. Would skip this location if I where you.

The food was horrible! We order Chili and never received it, fried mushrooms were over cooked, greasy, and tasted like it was old oil, salads were OK, Steaks were both overcooked- bone in ribeye was half fat and very rubbery, filet was overcooked and both had no flavor at all! We told the waitress that she could cancel chili because it never came out before our meal she apologized and said she would handle it. ( it was still on the bill) we had to ask repeatedly for tea refills. We will not return!!!! Outback has declined. So disappointed in our meal and experience.
