This was my first time visiting this particular PJ's. We, my friend and I, place to order via the kiosk when you walk in and it took forever for them to actually make the order apparently they do drive-through orders and walk up orders before they do the kiosk orders! Both coffee orders came out and tasted great, The only problem is that they don't pay attention to the kiosk orders like they should!

The coffee is consistent PJs coffee, which is pretty much below average but normal for chain coffee shops.This particular location is overall relatively clean, but the employees could stand to do a little cleaning when they're not busy instead of chatting on the phones. No big deal, but just not 5-stars.The seating here is pretty good, but they could use a little more. There are enough outlets ro plug in when needed, and the wifi is fine. There is a little bit of outdoor...

Went through the drive-thru. Let me start with the customer service. There was no greeting, just a "hold please," then a "go with your order." The lady was rushing us with our order, and the location wasn't busy. When I went the window to pay, the guy at the window provided adequate service with a greeting and exit greeting. I ordered an iced Chai tea latte. The chai tea latte was pretty good.
