This is the worst Popeyes location I have ever visited.

The staff are extremely rude and completely ignore customers, even when spoken to directly. They either do not respond or answer in a dismissive manner.

I went through the drive-thru, and the employee asked me to pull forward and wait. However, this location has no designated parking area or space to pull up. There were also vehicles behind me that would have been blocked if I had moved forward as instructed. As a result, I had to park at a nearby bank and walk through the rain to the restaurant.

When I went inside, the experience became even worse. The employee at the front simply told me to park somewhere and wait in my car, despite there being no available parking spaces at this location. It felt like nobody was willing to help or even acknowledge the situation.

The lack of customer service, poor communication, and complete disregard for customers made this an extremely frustrating experience. I felt invisible the entire time.

By far the worst experience I have ever had at a Popeyes location.

I had to ask if anyone taking my order since i was the only one in line being ignored. Guess straighting ip the french fries was more important. The cashier taking personal calls and trying to ring me up at the same time. Get home to biscuits you can't eat because they have sat to long and now I'm scared to eat the food.

It's fast food so what more can one say. Service was very slow, almost non existent. Ordering from a kiosk is supposed to speed up the ordering process, at least my order was correct and food hot. Tables were dirty, like they haven't been cleaned for a few days and sticky. The area around drink fountain was dirty and sticky, no place to catch any spills. So eat at your own risk.

I came at 11:30 and ordered food, they told me it’d be a 10 minute wait, I accepted that and waited the ten minutes because I knew they were closing soon, 16 minutes later they come out with my food. My meal usually comes with a biscuit but when I checked it I found out there was no biscuit, I told one of the employees and they said it’d be another 10 minute wait. They could’ve definitely told me that before hand or at least given something in place of it, how unprofessional. 26 minutes on a biscuit and some chicken is insane.

The chicken was over cooked and very dry. My family couldn't eat the meal we had to go to another place to eat not even an hour later.
