I was in the drive through. They said 7 min for the spicy chicken. I was told I could pull over by the double doors and wait for it. It has now been 20 min and I'm still sitting here waiting for the meal I paid for. Since I've been here, there have been several other cars instructed to pull to the side and wait. This is absolutely terrible. I just want to go home and have dinner for God sake

They refreshed the exterior on most places , however if you look behind the counters these are basically dumpsters , and the people working there Most should not work with the public, with food or both. Underpaid and on food stamps .. if you’re visiting New Orleans and want to see a glimpse of the hood .. walk into a Popeyes

This is my favorite location my food is always hot.
Ordered on the middle kiosk. 3 piece spicy all dark. I even heard the lady repeat it. 3 piece spicy all dark. Tell me why I get home to find a breast and a wing.
