salmon was a little undercooked but great service
We had to ask about their Restaurant Week special. Didn't see anything about it at the restaurant and no special menu was given. We ordered the Caesar salad and paneed chicken. For a side I had onion rings and my husband had fries. The salad was served with the entree and was small. The piece of chicken was thin and small. The special was $20 a person with 1 coke tax and tip the total was $60. Definitely not worth it. They had the opportunity to impress new people & obtain new customers and they blew it. We won't go back.
Party of 5 celebrated Father’s Day at Porter and Luke’s on Sunday. Kinda quiet in the late afternoon. Server was attentive but spoke very, very fast so we had to ask him to repeat a lot. Turtle soup was tasty but lukewarm. Crab dip delicious. Needed more bread. We didn’t get bread at our table, do they still do that? Combo seafood platter very good although the fries were under fried. Fish special was tasty, the pasta was good but sauce was a little scarce. Soft shell crab was delicious. Veal and pasta was delish. Caesar salad with chicken was Ok. Everyone enjoyed their desserts (ice cream and bread pudding). Wines good.
Overall it was a nice time at a relatively reliable, friendly neighborhood joint. But they really need to dim the harsh lighting!
Soft shell crab was delicious and perfectly fried!!!! Our waiter was great! We will definitely be back!!!
Food was good our service was poor - 4 people at our table and 3 orders came to table and one dish took over 4 minutes to get to my table. NOT GOOD - don't know it was the kitchen or our server. Ronald
It was really really loud. The onion rings were delicious but the rosemary chicken was underwhelming. I will go back but try something different.
Wonderful neighborhood spot. We’ve eaten there many times, and always were pleased. Lots of parking, nice, clean, friendly, interesting menu and really good appetizers. Don’t miss the blue crab dip. We’re going back soon.
The food was delicious. The waiter was very attentive and pleasant. The blue crab dip was amazing. We will be back.

The chicken and biscuits were absolutely delicious. The wait staff was attentive and efficient. Waiters not even for our table were ensuring we had what we needed. It was great!
Fried chicken was excellent.
It was a very nice restaurant and the food was good .We had a great time at Luke and Porters .
Four of us went on Mother's Day. Seafood gumbo had no seafood in it. Turtle soup was good. Soft shell crab was enjoyed by those who had it. Trout had no seasoning what so ever and neither did the sauce. Very very noisy could barely hold a conversation. Will not go back
Service and food were for the most part very good. The crab dip was slightly oversalted. The wedge salad and cabriole salad were very good. The portions are decent. We enjoyed our lunch.
