“I just wanted to shout out the worker, Tyler! I have been complaining how a lot of younger people’s customer service, work ethic, and even the ability to make eye contact has been terrible! He gave me hope again in people! Our little girl can’t have dairy, so when we got to the front of the line, I told him that I read online that she can have the ones they make as long as they don’t have dairy, and I was excited to get her one because she has never been able to eat a pretzel before. He was extremely apologetic in saying they didn’t have any with dairy. I was disappointed of course, but because of how sweet and genuine he was about it, it made me feel so much better. He asked if there were any drinks we would rather, felt so sorry that we had waited in the line, and also knew the store’s allergens!! Thanks for restoring my hope in you get workers again, Tyler! (Also, I am a millennial so I’m not that old lol)“

“My first pretzel here. I've seen lots of them at different places. Wife wanted to try one. 6.00 for a pretzel is kinda high. But it's airport prices. We got an original with a side of cheese dipping sauce. The pretzel was actually pretty decent. However didn't care for the "cheese" sauce. It was ok for a grab and go snack.“
